The following terms and conditions apply to NY THOROPAC Stallion Seasons Auction hosted by Starquine.com. Please read all terms and conditions prior to bidding on a season through our auction. All bidders are responsible for understanding these terms. If you do not understand these terms, it is your responsibility to clarify any questions or concerns with a Thoropac representative prior to bidding in this auction. Thoropac considers all bids legally binding and you are responsible for all bids placed.
- Do not make a bid that you are unwilling to honor. All bids are considered binding, and if your bid is the winning bid, you will be responsible for paying that amount to NYTB within 7 days of receipt of notification that you are the winning bidder.
- If you currently have outstanding invoices with Starquine, you are ineligible to participate in this or any future Starquine sponsored events until your account has been settled.
- All seasons are NO GUARENTEE (NG) unless stated otherwise for the purposes of this auction means that if your mare does not produce a live foal from the purchased season in 2008, the stallion owner has no responsibility for reimbursement or returned payment.
- Any further terms or conditions specific to a stallion season will be designated on that stallion's Starquine auction page.
